The measures focus mainly on roads and motorways, underground and railway systems.

Similarly, measures to be taken in the area of port facilities, multi-modal transport systems and transport centres.

Widening the N-1 road at Etxegarate to make it a two-lane route

Widening the CN-1 road, the main north-south artery of Gipuzkoa and of the trans-European network, to the border with Navarra (the Etxegarate pass).
