BIC Digital

Programme to raise awareness among small businesses of the advantages of the Information Society and the importance of these technologies for maintaining competitiveness, as well as providing areas and fitting out installations for the development of projects for the new economy.

New Economy

Development of new businesses related to the Internet and the new economy through training programmes for young graduates, experimentation and publicising of the opportunities for setting up business in this sector.

Help with research projects and projects involving the spread and transfer of technology by staff at associated Research Centres, Sectorial R+D Centres and University Institutes.

Aid to improve the provision of infrastructure for technology centres.

e-SME Programmes

Back-up for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to ensure rapid incorporation within the digital economy, thus encouraging purchase and correct use of the tools of Information and Communication Technology by adapting them to the various needs.

TXEKIN Programme

Helping enterprising individuals to set up new companies by provision of advice and technical assistance at the outset and after the companies have been consolidated. Help is provided by means of service-cheques. A telematic tool is also provided for the purposes of back-up.

CEI Programme

Aid for the Business and Innovation Units BIC Berrilan and CEI Arrasate, for analysis of innovative projects and for promoters with innovative business ideas. This helps analyse the feasibility of the business project, and conducts a search in relation to finance and location.
