It also includes measures to help improve the conditions of company financing, and likewise the globalisation and external promotion of same, and provides assistance for the restoration and improvement of production facilities.

e-SME Programmes

Back-up for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to ensure rapid incorporation within the digital economy, thus encouraging purchase and correct use of the tools of Information and Communication Technology by adapting them to the various needs.

TXEKIN Programme

Helping enterprising individuals to set up new companies by provision of advice and technical assistance at the outset and after the companies have been consolidated. Help is provided by means of service-cheques. A telematic tool is also provided for the purposes of back-up.

This aims at adaptation and social incorporation of disadvantaged groups by means of enthusiastic encouragement and support to allow these groups to enter the job market, and a wide range of activities to provide them with the best possible training for employment.

CEI Programme

Aid for the Business and Innovation Units BIC Berrilan and CEI Arrasate, for analysis of innovative projects and for promoters with innovative business ideas. This helps analyse the feasibility of the business project, and conducts a search in relation to finance and location.

Business Unit (Antzuola)

Restoring and reconditioning a special building for the creation of a business centre or a business incubation unit with a view to promoting the development of a business spirit and, in particular, providing support for the launch of new business projects.

Purchasing and reconditioning a facility to accommodate and support new business projects during the launch phase, with a view to promoting new business initiatives.
