The specific aim of this axis is to improve employment integration for persons with disabilities and those who have either already been excluded from the job market or are at risk of being excluded, by insertion in accordance with integrated itineraries and job opportunities.

MEASURES

Measure 1: Encouraging employment insertion for persons with disabilities.

Improving capacity for professional insertion.

Measure 2: Proposing integration opportunities for those who risk being excluded from the job market.

The measure will focus on a number of different groups, whose common denominator is their difficulty in accessing the job market.

Action taken: Creating insertion companies

The action taken includes the creation and development of insertion companies to provide a response to groups which have greater difficulty in accessing the job market – specifically, those with physical, sensorial or mental disabilities. They are introduced to an insertion programme which develops a number of skills (personal skills, social skills and work skills).
