The objective of this axis basically consists
of improving the qualifications of unemployed persons, thus increasing
their ability to adapt to the changing requirements of the production
system, encouraging employment stability, particularly in the
case of groups which are more prone to precarious forms of employment,
and paving the way towards new employment formats which enhance
job continuity.
MEASURES
Measure 1: Ensuring that the abilities of
those employed are updated.
These activities are basically geared towards the occupied
population, and focus on anticipation of job market requirements.
Action taken: Anticipation of training requirements
Identifying and suggesting courses of action to meet the new
training needs (training requirements for new professional skills)
that have arisen as a result of new ways of managing and organising
companies, so that employees and the companies themselves can
act in advance and adapt in order to maintain their employability
and job quality.
