Period 1986-1988: Quantification of funding in Gipuzkoa

We now turn to quantifying the funding received by Gipuzkoa from the European Union (EU) in the period 1986-1999:

Through Structural Funds, by objectives, by axes and programmes.
Through Community Initiatives.
Through Innovative Actions.
Through Cohesion Funds.

Detailed analysis of funding received by Gipuzkoa during these years and the posterior analysis of the distribution of that funding by axes and action measures will make it possible to assess the impact of Community Regional Policy in Gipuzkoa.
This paper does not indicate funds obtained for objectives 5b and those obtained from FEOGA, due to their sectorial specificity.

The total financing received by Gipuzkoa throughout the period (managed by the Diputación Foral de Gipuzkoa) comes entirely from European Social Funds (ESF), and amounts to a total of 79.8 million pesetas, with 48.5 million pesetas in 1987 and 31.3 million pesetas in 1988.
